It’s the Young Man of the Year Award, which recognizes a member of AIAC under 45 for service of benefit to the organization. Such person must have the following qualifications:
- Has been a member of AIAC for at least 3 years
- Has held office or served on a committee of AIAC
- Is under 45 years of age
- Has made some outstanding contribution to the AIAC objectives and purposes
